We pride ourselves on our troubleshooting skills. We can usually diagnose a problem over the phone and if not we can help you get on the right path for further troubleshooting. Unfortunately, if you are outside of our service area we can not do in house servicing but if it's something that fits in a box and can be shipped, then location isn't a problem.
